Are you a Whenua Māori Trust, seeking to diversify your revenues and deliver more benefits to the taiao and your whānau?
We have the opportunity to offer a free feasibility study [value up to $100k] to one Māori agri business, if you partner with MEA & another Māori-owned farm.
The partnership will work with MEA & experts we contract, to conduct a feasibility study, to assess if there are more benefits for your Whānau and Trust to plant another cash crop on part of your whenua.
The ideal result from the feasibility study would be to provide the board and management with a report to make a informed decision to progress with OR the second best answer is it shows you not to progress and why not.
Key points to note:
- We only have capacity for 1 client to access the $100k feasibility study, we have the other partner.
- Need to be a Māori Agri Business.
- Closes October 28 2025.
- The grant only covers the $100k feasibility cost not the grant writing cost discounted to $2.5k per partner.
- You need the Chairperson or delegated management authority to proceed.
- We will need one proactive person to liase with and we will provide them with a list of information that the feasibility team will need to analyse.
