The benefit of this work is to provide a clear insight into the challenges, barriers and opportunities Māori are facing in 2023 and beyond and to understand what is needed for Māori to thrive in the technology sector

We launched a series of surveys and have undertaken a series of interviews from October 2022 to January 2023 to invite as much from rangatahi, those studying tech/working in tech roles and those working to grow Māori tech talent. We look forward to launching this report in May/June to the public and are grateful to our team especially Dr Karaitiana Taiuru and John Clayton for their support on this important body of mahi.
